KERJA SAMA USAHA KEMITRAAN ANTARA INDUK KUD DENGAN LEMBAGA PENGELOLA DANA BERGULIR (LPDB)

Jakarta, Rapat kerja Jaringan INKUD Seluruh Indonesia tahun 2020 Di gelar bersama para Pengurus PUSKUD seluruh Indonesia. Rapat digelar di Graha Inkud jalan Buncit Raya,Jakarta Selatan, Selasa 25/2/2020.

Pembukaan Rapat Inkud di hadiri oleh Asdep Tatalaksana Koperasi dari Deputi Kelembagaan Kemenkoperasi dan UKM Dr.M. Harapiah,SE.MM.Direktur Bisnis LPDB Krisdiyanto.Pengurus,pengawas,direktur utama induk KUD.Pengurus PUSKUD,PUSKOPPAS,KUD,KOPPAS dan KSU,serta Investor yang diundang khusus dari dalam maupun luar Negeri.

Dalam sambutannya M.Arifin mengatakan” selama 16 tahun baru pertama kalinya kita melakukan Rapat kerja yang di hadiri seluruh Indonesia dan datang dengan biaya sendiri.

Rapat kerja di isi dengan penjelasan tentang tata cara pengajuan pinjaman ke lembaga LPDB. Persyaratan tersebut disampaikan oleh Saifudin Zuhri Kepala Bagian Bisnis LPDB dan Direktur Bisnis LPDB Krisdiyanto.

Krisdiyanto dalam pemaparannya menyampaiakan tentang Persyaratan Tehnis Pengajuan Kredit KoperasI/KUD kepada LPDB, termasuk Penjelasan Skema Lembaga Pengelolaan Dana Bergulir (LPBD) sebagai lembaga yang menyalurkan bantuan pinjaman.

SOLUSI
Penggunaan pupuk Organik Bio Konversi Bagi Petani.Kerja Pembiayaan Dengan LPDB Menggunakan Sistem Jaringan Terintegrasi Induk KUD secara Online.

Petani menyusun Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok (RDKK), kemudian disampaikan kepada KUD dan menyiapkan sertifikat lahan sebagai jaminan untuk pembiayaan dari LPDB.

KUD merekap seluruh kebutuhan Kelompok di daerahnya dan menyusun Proposal Pembiayaan yang kemudian disampaikan KUD ke Pusat KUD untuk diteruskan kepada Induk KUD. Induk KUD dengan Surat Kuasa KUD secara kolektif mengajukan kebutuhan pembiayaan kepada LPDB dengan melampir kan sertifikat lahan sebagai jaminan.

Jika pembiayaan disetujui, kebutuhan untuk pembelian pupuk, benih/bibit dan alat pertanian ditransfer oleh LPDB kepada Induk KUD sebagai penyedia pupuk, benih/bibit dan alat pertanian berdasarkan Surat Kuasa KUD.

LPDB menstranfer sisanya kepada petani melalui KUD sebesar 15-20% dari plafon pinjaman untuk biaya operasional petani seperti biaya tenaga kerja dan pemeliharaan tanaman.

Induk KUD melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran pupuk, benih/bibit dan alat pertanian yang dibutuhkan. Pupuk, benih/bibit dan alat pertanian yang dibutuhkan diserahkan kepada KUD untuk didistibusikan kepada petani.

KUD menyerahkan pupuk, benih/bibit dan alat pertanian yang dibutuhkan dan biaya operasional kepada petani.

Ketika panen, KUD bersama Pusat KUD/lnduk KUD membeli Gabah Kering Panen (GKP) dari petani yang kemudian diperhitungkan dengan pengembalian pembiayaan, yang akan ditransfer ke rekening KUD.

KUD akan mentransfer ke rekening Induk KUD dana sejumlah untuk kebutuhan pengadaan pupuk, benih dan alat pertanian untuk musim tanam berikutnya. KUD memproses GKP menjadi Gabah Kering Giling (GKG) kemudian menyerahkan kepada Pusat KUD/lnduk KUD, KUD menerima biaya proses (selisih harga GKG dengan GKP)
Induk KUD/Pusat KUD menjual GKG kepada Pabrik Beras sebagai Off Taker.
