Jakarta – Kabar tersiarnya wabah virus corona (covid-19) telah menyebar ke dalam sel rutan wanita pondok bambu, Jakarta Timur. Informasi yang diterima melalui voice note dari seorang petugas rutan tersebut dengan nada cukup mengkuatirkan.
“Wabah virus Corona (covid-19) sudah masuk ke rutan pondok bambu mas, tadi siang sudah 20 orang terinfeksi, tolong diinformasikan ke publik mas wartawan yaa. “Pinta seorang petugas Rutan PB, dengan nada serius, Senin (11/5/2020) sore tadi.
Menurutnya, informasi tersebut sengaja disembunyikan untuk menenangkan kondisi agar tidak mencuat ke publik.
Kabar lainnya juga disampaikan melalui pesan berantai whatsapp (WA) yang menyatakan penghuni sel tahanan rutan pondok bambu pada ketakutan. Para tahanan yang positif covid-19 kebanyakan di sel blok A.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, Forum Wartawan Jakarta (FWJ) melalui wakil ketua 1 bidang organisasi dan jaringan, Esa Tjatur Setiawan menelusuri kebenaran adanya wabah corona masuk ke dalam sel tahanan rutan pondok bambu. “Kami sudah mendapatkan informasi tersebut, dan kami dapati benar adanya. “Ucap Esa.
Berdasarkan keterangan Plt Karutan Pondok Bambu, Ema Puspita saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan belum pasti virus Corona atau bukan, menurutnya itu baru terindikasi reaktif virus hasil test rapied positif dan belum dikategorikan. “nanti kita lihat hasilnya dari dokter, kita juga masih menunggu swab dari puskesmas duren sawit, Jakarta Timur. “jelas Ema, Senin (11/5/2020).
Ia juga mengkuatirkan adanya positif virus, dan para tahanan yang terinfeksi telah di isolasi.
FWJ Sangat Menyayangkan
Merespon informasi pemberitaan penyebaran wabah virus Covid 19 yang terjadi di Lapas Wanita Pondok Bambu tersebut diatas, Ketua Umum Forum Wartawan Jakarta (FWJ) Mustopa Hadi Karya yang akrab disapa Opan menyayangkan hal itu bisa terjadi. Apalagi disebutkan bahwa ada dugaan penyembunyian informasi dari oknum petugas Lapas.
“Ini sangat tidak dibenarkan ditengah upaya pemerintah sedang berjibaku mengatasi dan mencegah pendemik Covid 19 di seluru penjuri tanah air”, ujarnya Opan,” sembari berharap pihak berwenang segera mengambil tindakan cepat agar penyebaran covid 19 di klaster baru di Lapas Pondok Bambu ini tidak makin meluas.
Senada dengan Ketua FWJ, Sekjen FWJ Ichsan menyebutkan informasi yang ditutup tutupi soal adanya penghuni Lapas yang positif terkena covid 19 hanya akan menambah panjang penyebaran virus covid 19 itu sendiri.
“Kami berharap gugus tugas covid 19 dan instansi yang berwenang bisa bertindak cepat dengan segera mengevakuasi seluruh penghuni lapas untuk keluar dari lapas, dan segera mengkarantina mereka yang belum positif”, ucap Ichsan Sekjen FWJ, didampingi Wasekjennya Baso Susanto, disela-sela lliputan Bansos di Kementerian Sosial RI.

FWJ Very Disappointing
Responding to information about the spread of the Covid 19 virus outbreak in Pondok Bambu Women’s Prison mentioned above, Chairman of the Jakarta Journalists Forum (FWJ) Mustopa Hadi Karya, who is familiarly called Opan, regretted that this could happen.
